SPACE Parent Groups: A New Way to Support Your Anxious Child

Looking for new ways to support your anxious child? The SPACE program—Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions—is an evidence-based intervention that teaches concrete skills and tools to reduce your child’s anxious behaviors.

Our SPACE parent groups meet online weekly for 8 weeks and are facilitated by our expert team of caring clinicians.

Who can participate?

Group participants are parents/caregivers of children ages 6 – 14 with behaviors associated with anxiety and/or OCD. There is a maximum of 8 families/parenting partners per group.
